Tow Gawd

Street Gospel — street narrative moved by church chords. Every record asks what the night cost, and what came after it.

The crown was earned on a hook

Wrecker operator by trade, writer and producer by night. Same man on the boom at 3 a.m. and at the keys by sunrise — which is exactly why the records sound like consequence instead of costume.

The crest is a crowned T and G. It rides on the trucks, on the covers, on the merch. It means the same thing in all three places: somebody showed up when the day went wrong.

The fleet wears the name

Gold on black, cross and hook. The same mark on the Sierra, the wrecker and the rollback — so the brand rolls whether it is a release week or a recovery call.

Tow Gawd Enterprises

The building the whole thing runs out of. Dispatch on one side, the writing on the other — towing and hoeing, one name over both doors.

Street Gospel

Trap, soul, blues, R&B, classical chord movement, jazz fusion, country, soft rock — filtered through church movement, music theory and color theory. Street stories sitting on top of love harmony, so the story gets bigger without getting softer.

Going to Streetside Records on Washington Avenue with my dad, buying cassettes and Johnnie Taylor CDs back when you had to order discs out of a catalog and wait for them to ship. That's where my love for music started.

The songs do not stop at the event. They ask what it cost and what happened after — that consequence layer is the whole point. Foundations: Songs in the Key of Life, TP-2.com, Thriller. That era taught melody, songwriting and soul — how to make a record people feel, not just hear.
